Volumes kept by Peter Van Schaack include registers of Supreme Court cases, 1790-1820; accounts concerning family estates, 1785-1816; ledger concerning legal services with estate records for Isaac Vanderpoel, 1769-1818; and "Collection of Cases and Opinions Thereon" consisting of notes and copies of wills, letters, and other legal papers, 1768-1807.
